About Phil Brocato

Phil Brocato is the owner of ABA Consultants, a consultative firm specializing in employing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management. 

He and his team work in 17 parishes across Louisiana and are widely regarded as the go-to source on behavior modification in educational settings and performance analysis in the professional world. 

With over 15 years experience, Phil helps people and organizations get “unstuck” and accelerate toward high performance. 

Phil is a graduate from Alexandria Senior High, earned a bachelors degree from LSU and a masters in clinical mental health from NSU.  As part of a lifelong restaurant family, Phil and his wife Helena own The Main Dish and More where he pretty much does what ever she tells him to do. Together they have 3 children who are highly active in soccer and dance.  Their philosophy for family life is, “wasting time together”.

As parishioners of Our Lady of Prompt Succor, Phil and his family are active in the church and school. Phil sits on the pastoral council and is the “unofficial” videographer for the parish.
