About Brandy Ponthie

Brandy Ponthie earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from LSU with a certification in Pre-K through 8th grade. She has 18 years of teaching experience. A few years ago, Brandy transitioned out of the classroom and joined the ABA School Consultants team working as an Education Behavior Consultant and professional speaker. This position has afforded her the opportunity to be an advocate for students with autism and related disabilities. She loves being able to offer support to teachers, educators, and parents by providing strategies, interventions, and a variety of other tools to address and improve behavioral challenges. Providing these interventions enables her to help facilitate the opportunity for students to achieve success inside and outside of the classroom. Making a positive impact in the lives of the students she works with is her passion. Brandy’s goal is for students with disabilities to feel valued and for their uniqueness to be appreciated and celebrated. It is her desire for every child to reach their full potential and be successful in life.
